Barley Hall holds a license to offer you the opportunity to celebrate your civil ceremony or civil partnership at the Hall, and we can cater up to 50 guests. Please note that you are responsible for booking the Registrar for your ceremony.

Please check with the Registrar that the time and date of your preferred ceremony is available before booking Barley Hall as your venue.

In 2009 the ceremony notice and fees for marriages and civil partnerships are as follows:

• Monday to Thursdays £375
• Fridays and Saturdays £425
• Sundays and Bank Holidays £475

In addition each couple will need to pay £30 each when they give notice

None-refundable deposit: £20 for a provisional marriage booking more than one year in advance

Couples should be available for an interview with the Registrar 10 to 15 minutes prior to the ceremony so that details can be checked. Barley Hall are able to provide a room for this interview.
